Yes, "It wasn't him... etc" is still my favorite Alias quote ever. Not sure why. Anyway, several things to report, including a couple of of very weird dreams.
It was someplace that looked a lot like the lava planet in Star Wars Ep. III, except that it was up really high, above a big construction sight. I was hanging around the construction sight with my mom, and then we went into the gift store to look at postcards. There was a staircase leading up to the lava place in the gift store, but the guy behind the counter got all mad when my mom tried to go up there. Meanwhile, up in the lava place, Sydney, Vaughn, Will, Peyton, and Sark were fighting robot ninjas. Really not sure why there were robot ninjas. There just kinda were. Anyway, Sydney had to get some important Thingy of Power from inside a cave, and she ran inside and up the long causeway to the place where it was. Vaughn tried to run after her, but part of the causeway turned out to be a stegosaurus' neck, and it got mad and shook him off and he fell thousands of feet to his death. Poor Vaughn. :( Back outside, Will, Peyton, and Sark were still fighting the robot ninjas, only they were climbing rock walls while doing it. And then the robot ninjas had them surrounded, and they were all about to die, and then I woke up.
This is just the end of the weird dream, because the first part is very long and very difficult to explain. Jack and Sloane and their briefcases were making their way to wait for the subway train, and a weird-looking girl passed them, and Sloane grabbed her hair and some of it came out. Which was odd. They got to the place where you wait for the subway train, and it was quite cavernous and tiled completely with aquamarine tiles. A bunch of homeless people were all standing around waiting for the subway train, and they all grabbed hands and stood in a circle and started singing Christmas carols. Jack and Sloane were perplexed, but decided to join in. And then I woke up.
So, that was weird.
In other news, my roommate is still obsessed with Angel and we're almost finished with it. We just saw the episode where Spike gets his hands hacked off, and the episode where Cordelia threatens to feed Eve shoes. Next up: Puppets! And then The Horrible Agonizing Death of a Main Character!
Good times.
Also, I saw Pan's Labyrinth on Friday, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes war movies and fairy tales, and doesn't mind some graphic bloodiness. It's quite definitely a good movie. I especially like the baby-eating monster with no eyeballs. He's pretty creepy.
